* The following dates are considered holidays:  

April 2-5, May 28-31, July 3-6, Sept. 4-8, Oct. 10-13, Nov. 25-29, Dec. 24-Jan. 3

All reservations require appropriate taxes and a $70 cleaning fee per stay.

A $200 refundable security deposit is also required at reservation.

50% of the total rent is due at time of booking and remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 day window of arrival must pay in full upon booking.

Cancellations are fully refundable with notice given before 30 days prior to arrival date.
